Soil Symphony Amendment (SSA 400)

Soil Symphony Amendment (SSA) is a dry (pelletized or fine crumble) high energy feed stock that supplies extended fuel, energy and other materials for beneficial and disease suppressing soil microbes.

1 - SSA is available in: Pellet, Crumble or Meal form. SSA is designed to be incorporated in the soil just prior or during; crop planting (transplanting, sprigging or in seeding). SSA is also used in potting soil blends as an ingredient for microbial growth.

2 - SSA provides readily available organic matter, energy stocks and other components (diatomaceous earth - that will damage or repel pests). Chitin meal is incorporated in the SSA formula as a feedstock for species of bacteria that use the Chitin as a food source.

3 - SSA is formulated with energy rich nutrients in addition to Chitin and Diatomaceous Earth combined to stimulate the growth and maintenance of beneficial bacteria for healthy crop growth.

4 - The goal is to increase a soils suppressive nature leading to reduced disease and pest pressure. Typical SSA inclusion rates per treated acre ranges from 200 – 600 lb per acre of SSA. Typical inclusion rates for potting soils would range from 8-20 lbs per cubic yard.

5 - SSA 400 usage in conjunction with other SSA products increases the overall effectiveness of a cropping program.
